View report cards.

Using the gradebook to push grades 

DO NOT USE "LONGER COMMENTS" - USE ONLY THE DROP DOWN COMMENTS. 

Longer comments won't show on the progress reports.  They will be available for report cards.

Set the standards correctly in the gradebook

View your report cards here

• Assign a “graded” [GR] category standard - these are in gray on the report card templates.  These get L,P,M grades TK-3 and a letter grade for 4th-5th grade.

• Assign at least one sub standard - these are in white and belong in a category (gray) on the report card.  These will get an “X” if it is an area of concern.

Upload from gradebook

• Choose “Post Standards Based Grades” for each subject.

• Choose “Use Gradebook” to upload from your gradebook

• Grades with a [GR] tagged standard for assignments will autopopulate.

• For [GR] standards that you have not assessed, use the Mass Add function to add “NM” for No Mark or “NE” for Not Evaluated.

• Use either the Mass Add or individually add an “X - Area for Concern”.

Not using the gradebook

• Choose “Post Standards Based Grades” for each subject.

• For the [GR] standards that need a grade, use the Mass Add function to add grades or hand enter each student’s grade.

• For [GR] standards that you have not assessed, use the Mass Add function to add “NM” for no mark or “NE” for Not Evaluated.

• Use either the Mass Add or individually add an “X - Area for Concern”

Printing TK-6 Progess Reports

Note - as of 9/17/2026 we have a ticket with Focus because the progress reports are not printing translated as they are supposed to.  Checking "Multilingual Reports" should translate the document to the language that the parent has set in the parent portal.
