a screenshot or screencast/recording of the issue
what clicks led to the issue (what were you doing)
what you are expecting to see (if something is missing)
the name of a student/user who is having the issue (if applicable)

Please keep in mind - Do not send emails in the AVUSD Training Site and your permissions in the training site may not be correct.
If after July 1 your permissions do not seem to match those you had in Aeries, please do a Help Desk Ticket.
